Joshua Jackson
I’ll be honest. I don’t really know much about Joshua Jackson. He was a teen idol after I became an adult. I’m writing my blog about him today though because I want to find out more about him since I sell his pinups in my eBay store. I think he was popular during the same time as Jonathan Jackson was popular. And Jonathan Jackson was popular around the same time as Jonathan Taylor Thomas and Jonathan Brandis. It’s very easy to confuse me.
Joshua Carter Jackson was born on June 11, 1978 in Vancouver, British Columbia. I had a boyfriend who lived there. It’s beautiful there. Anyhoo, Joshua actually grew up in California until he was eight. His parents got divorced shortly after that and he moved to Seattle with his mom.
Joshua Jackson is best known for his role in The Mighty Ducks series and on the teen drama/soap opera Dawson’s Creek. He played Pacey Witter on Dawson’s Creek alongside James Van Der Beek. That was the time he became a teen idol and started appearing in Tiger Beat, and all the other teen magazines.

- Joshua dated Katie Holmes before she became Mrs. Tom Cruise. Joshua and Katie dated during the first two seasons of Dawson’s Creek. She claims Joshua was her first love. Sweet. It only went downhill from there, right? (I’m not a Tom Cruise fan.)

Joshua continues to act and has built up quite an impressive resume. He portrayed Peter Bishop on the science fiction TV show Fringe, played Cole Lockhart on the TV show The Affair, and is currently filming the mini-series Little Fires Everywhere. Keep on keepin’ on.
